S$1 Million Refund for Beauty Chain Customers After High Pressure Sales Tactics

Refunds of up to S$1 million have been secured by the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCS) for customers who bought products from a beauty chain due to pressure tactics.

Some of the tested 22 products which were offered mainly by suppliers on retail platforms Shopee and Lazada.
